What is Charles & Hunt?
Charles & Hunt is a men’s wardrobe styling and image consulting service based out of the Greater Toronto Area. Our stylists hand-select high-quality garments for each client based on their specific needs and deliver them straight to their doorstep.The company was created out of the need to simplify the male shopping experience while providing individualized customer service.

Who is my stylist?
You will be styled by a fashion-forward and enthusiastic young professional who has experience in the industry – someone who truly understands the way gentlemen dress. Founder and Head Stylist, Carla Criminisi, is a menswear aficionado and is dedicated to helping men improve the way they dress – by letting her and her team take care of it.With a background in men’s fashion and international experience in the industry, Carla gained the requisite skills to create a client-focused styling firm in order to alleviate the time and stress of shopping for men. Speak with Carla directly to change the way you shop.
Can I receive regular shipments?
Of course! If you are interested in receiving regular shipments (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually), speak with your stylist to discuss what you want to receive and when.
Do you work outside Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area?
If you live outside of the Toronto area, we would be happy to ship you your package (shipping and handling rates will apply for orders under $1000 CAD).
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, Charles & Hunt does not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Is this only for men?
Yes, Charles & Hunt is a personal styling and image consulting service exclusively for men. We are happy to work with wives, girlfriends, partners, family, and friends to find gifts for the men in their life.
Can I use Charles & Hunt to purchase gifts for other people?
Yes, we would be happy to help you find the perfect gift! Contact a stylist about any preferences or requests and when you will need the package delivered.
Can I set a budget less than $500? Is there a maximum budget?
In order to provide our clients with high-quality product, our minimum order is $500 CAD of the garments’ retail value before taxes, but there is no limit to your order amount.
If I am unhappy with the order, can I return the items?
If you are unhappy with the fit or style of any items you receive, we would be happy to return or exchange them for something more suitable. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of receiving the items and only if the items are in their original condition (unworn with tags still attached to all garments). Clothes that are worn, damaged, or have tags removed will be charged to your account.
When do I get charged? What do I get charged for?
Once you complete a free consultation with your stylist and confirm your budget (minimum amount is $500 CAD) it is required that you place a 20% non-refundable deposit. The set amount covers the retail value of the items before applicable taxes.

Upon approval of your package you will be sent an invoice to pay the remaining balance.  All clients will receive a personalized lookbook that includes style suggestions and advice on how to wear your new pieces.  Free shipping on orders over $1000 CAD. A $100 base fee plus 10% service fee applies to all orders.

What brands do you offer?
Charles & Hunt shops for brands which include but are not limited to Tiger of Sweden, Ben Sherman, J. Crew, Club Monaco, Banana Republic, Cole Haan, Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, and Brooks Brothers. Brands are dependent on each client’s preferences and are determined on an individual basis.
